Basement floors

Basement slabs, where moisture gets answered before anything is coated.

A coated basement floor makes a laundry area, workshop or finished room cleaner and brighter. The catch is that concrete below grade passes moisture vapor upward, and a coating over a damp slab can bubble or peel.

So we test the slab before we quote and tell you what the test showed. Tell us whether the basement has ever taken on water, whether there is a sump pit, and how the floor looks today. If the slab reads wet, we say so and tell you what we would do about it.
