Who does the work?

An independent local installer performs the work and gives you the price. We take your call, get the details and set up the quote, but we do not coat floors ourselves.

Does calling here cost extra?

No. There is no fee for the call and no markup on the job. You pay the normal price on the written quote.

How long will a coating last, and how soon can I use the floor?

It depends on the system, the prep and how the floor is used, so we do not put a number of years on it. Get the warranty terms and the wait for foot traffic and vehicles in writing before you book, and ask if a quote leaves them out.

Will a coating hold up through a Wisconsin winter?

Garage slabs freeze, thaw and get salted every year, so crack repair and the right system matter more here than the color. Results vary with the slab and the prep.

Does my slab need a moisture test?

For basements and older slabs, yes. Concrete passes moisture vapor upward, and a coating over a damp slab can fail, so we test first and tell you what the result means for your floor.
